Just got my 1st largo highway star speedo question?

Hi new to all this, just brought r 1st largo which we pick up in couple of days it's an n reg '96, 2ltr turbo diesel. Just wonder wat it is like to change the clocks over at the mo I think it's been converted but not 100% I no the k in kmh is rubbed out but does that mean I'm now driving along doing the correct speed limit of say 30 mph and the clocks r correct in my speed? Hope this makes sense.
I will prob b looking for more answers once my largo finally gets here. Cheers and hi everyone

Hi there most jap imports are converted to mph by a coverter on the back of the dash a few wire connections ,so most likely been done and should read in mph
