Hello new and problems already lol

Hi all just bought a Largo 2.4 today all seemed ok bit of cosmetic work to be done but was looking forward to that
i bought from a garage who said was selling for a customer
it had just had water pump and belts changed by the garage
Anyway drive a 50 mile journey home the minute i got onto motorway engine management light came on and the one to the right of it as well
got it home safely , took it out for short drive later when there was a loud pop and as i looked in rear view mirror saw big puddle of water
i haven't had time to get under and have a look yet any ideas and would i have a claim against garage
no receipt for sold as seen was given

Welcome to the forum. Not a nice introduction to Largo ownership! If the garage sold it you have your consumer rights and can demand a refund.

sorted that was the top engine hose split what a nightmare to replace lol
now cat warning light has come on lmao
