Nissan Largo Friends

Awaiting the arrival of my new largo I'm a little apprehensive, but cant wait!

It arrived it starts but knock like hell and will not rev... needs some tlc think I might start by fitting a new fuel filter and draining the tank as I'm sure I can smell petrol, it's a 2litre turbo diesel also the actuator arm has very little movement
Any suggestions would be great
