car smokes and no rev when on throttle

Hi I have purchased a largo 1996 diesel and since I got it I have had so many problems, smokes at start up and big oil leak coming from top of engine and now when I go to start it I have to hold the throttle and ignition down for nearly a minute eventually starts sometimes with heat button on, but when you put the throttle down nothing happens any help would be great

Code read it. I'd say check glow plugs and relay.

The heat button won't help as all this does is increase the revs once started to warm it quicker.

It says Throttle position sensor and Crankshaft position sensor, is this a easy fix and where could I purchase the crankshaft position sensor as Eastern Autos don't seem to have one, and can you confirm that the tps is the pedal on a diesel largo

Yup tps is pedal.
